Who will you hear from for youth ministry training conference
Josh Good joined the Christian Endeavor staff as Ministry Director in 2018. He has a deep passion for encouraging and equipping youth workers and unleashing students to live for Christ. He holds a B.A. in history and secondary education from Lycoming College, and is in the midst of Masters of Divinity studies and has over a decade of ministry experience as a Youth Pastor.
Josh spent seven years utilizing the Christian Endeavor discipleship process in his local church setting. C.E. provided a framework for the youth ministry that yielded powerful results for the Kingdom & God’s glory. Because of the way C.E. unleashes teens to live out their faith, he has a heart for sharing C.E. with other churches. Josh is very excited to equip churches to utilize Christian Endeavor in their local settings.
In addition to his ministry role, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Justine and four kids (dinosaur and princess reenactments are a daily occurrence), drinking coffee and smiling like crazy.

Travis Deans is the northeast regional coordinator with the National Network of Youth Ministries. He and his wife Judy are from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and both are graduates of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. Travis has been in full-time youth ministry since 1996 as a youth pastor, campus ministry director, and youth network coordinator.
Through his role he mentors youth workers, consults for churches, assists youth workers to collaborate through evangelistic outreaches, equips students to share their faith, shares strategy for students to form campus ministries in their schools, and organizes youth ministry conferences. Travis is excited to help unite the body of Christ in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey to reach the 4 million teenagers that live in the northeast region!
